Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

• Our soups are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. 
• Stovetop: Pour soup into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through. 
• Microwave: Pour soup into a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely, and heat until hot, stirring halfway through.
• Serve as-is or customize with your favorite garnishes, proteins, noodles, vegetables, or rice.

Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required before opening. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 5–7 days for best quality. or the best flavor experience, heat thoroughly before serving.
